I’m a firm believer that web sites can not just be functional, but also beautiful. Simplicity is key to be visually appealing to your clients, but this doesn’t mean it can’t be bright and bold. I also believe it is important that my clients should be able to maintain their own websites without relying on costly maintenance charges. This is why I use WordPress as a platform partnered with a powerful WYSIWYG theme editor.

As part of the build process the site is SEO optimised and you will be given training to help you manage your site going forward once launched.
Many ask how I can keep my prices so affordable. Simply I use a powerful top of the class theme as a base meaning I do not need to spend hours developing custom coding for my clients. By using one of the most popular developer themes, I am also able to future proof sites with ongoing security and functionality updates direct.

Graphic Design & Branding
A logo should never be single jpeg file, there is so much more to logo design and delivery. A logo should instantly speak to your customers, communicating what the business is. This doesn’t mean it needs to have a picture, image or words that show the product type but more the logo style and/or ethos of the business.

I will work with you to create your ideal business logo. Depending on the design it can include different formats for your website and for social media use. I provide all clients with Ai illustrator vector files, transparent PNGs and jpgs as suitable and relevant to the project.
Branding Kit
So what is a brand palette and font kit? A brand palette is a selection of normally 5 colours that are used throughout your business marketing. A font kit is used alongside the brand palette.The colours and fonts allow you to offer a cohesive message across all marketing platforms both on and off line.

A picture is worth 1000 words. But a bad picture is not necessarily better than none at all. Infact bad imagery can be damaging to a business as it can portray a lack of attention or professionalism.
As a photographer I understand the importance of imagery but also the budget constraints of small businesses. I offer a range of options to produce brand imagery starting as low as £15 per image, or £250 for a bespoke photo session.
Pre Made Logos & Graphics
For almost all of my logo commissions I will create a range of initial ideas of which one is developed in to a final logo. I am therefore left with a number of options that are essentially ready to go but without a home. Because of this they are available to purchase at a reduced cost as is. They are still a one of a kind and are only sold once.

How I work
Define
We start at the beginning (simple huh?!)! I want to know who you are, what your business is and how you want it portrayed. Do you have existing branding material? How do you want it incorporated. This information and more gives the stating point for the design process.
Design
Once I know what you want in theory I get the creative juices flowing and create a first draft or in the case of logos drafts. I use staging sites to build and construct sites before go live to eliminate any risks of interrupting a current site
Refine & Test
The design can then develop from the feedback from the first draft(s). Consumer panels can also be organised to feedback on designs. Websites are also tested in different browsers and on different devices.
BuilD & Launch
Once a design is finalised then the final build process and launch can happen. Logos and graphics exported in a variety of formats. Websites moved their staging platforms to the live site.
